30 Days of WWE Challenge, Day 04 - Favorite Theme Music

TripleHlunapic2

“The Game”- Motorhead

There is not one piece of music that lets me know bad-assery is about to happen more than this one.

While Triple H had multiple themes in his career, ranging from production music to “My Time”, it was in early 2001 when Hunter debuted this theme on RAW that finally the music matched the man.

There’s no doubt Triple H is a legend, but in this era, you need music to match. And Triple H has it in “ace of spades”.

One of the biggest pops in the modern era happened with this music too. Watch Hunter’s return from his first quad tear in early 2002:

Jim Ross admits in “The Game” DVD that he nearly teared up watching Triple H’s return. Can’t say I blame him.

While this entry is short, the consensus is still as powerful to me as the other ones so far. Amongst the big crop of wrestling themes out there, “The Game” sticks out in my mind as the “oh man crap’s about to go down” sound, a track knowing his opponent will have one long day In the office.
